About Korea by Train

Korea by Train is an independent travel guide focused on one thing: helping foreign visitors travel Korea by train without the usual headaches — foreign-card booking failures, confusing apps, and figuring out what to do at each stop.

We are independent, and not owned by or affiliated with Korail or any train operator. We test the tools ourselves and link to the services we think work best for tourists. Some of those links earn us a commission, which is disclosed on every guide that carries one.
